1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rabis1, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Rabis1 is a comprehensive workshop management system for automotive repair shops and technical services, including:

  • Customer, vehicle, and work order management
  • Before/During/After photo and video documentation
  • Inventory, quoting, and payment processing
  • Technician commissions and profit analysis
  • Attendance tracking, payroll, and HR management
  • Reports, data export, and activity logging

3. Registration and Free Trial

  • New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full features
  • After 30 days, accounts are suspended unless upgraded to a paid plan
  • Data is preserved during suspension (not deleted)
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials
  • Each account should only be used by one person

4. Service Plans and Payment

  • Plans: Starter (2,500,000 VND/year), Business (4,500,000 VND/year), Enterprise (8,000,000 VND/year)
  • Payment via bank transfer (auto-reconciled through SePay)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled 7 days prior
  • No refunds for remaining time when cancelling mid-term
  • When subscription expires, account is suspended after 7-day grace period

5. User Rights and Obligations

Users have the right to:

  • Use all features according to their subscription plan
  • Export data at any time (CSV/Excel)
  • Manage multiple shops with one account
  • Request technical support via email or hotline

Users are obligated to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes
  • Not share accounts with others
  • Back up important data using the export feature

6. Limitation of Liability

Rabis1 is not responsible for:

  • Data loss due to workshop not exporting before subscription expires
  • Indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service
  • Content created or uploaded by users
  • Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance (advance notice provided)

7. Service Termination

  • Users can stop using the service at any time
  • Rabis1 reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate terms
  • Data retained for 90 days after termination, then permanently deleted
  • Users should export data before terminating service

8. Changes to Terms

Rabis1 reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of important changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.
