1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Rabis1, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Rabis1 is a Workshop Management System designed for automotive and motorcycle repair shops, including the following features:
- Customer and vehicle management
- Work Order creation and tracking
- Before/During/After photo and video documentation
- Parts inventory and quote management
- Customer notifications
3. Registration and Account
- Rabis1 operates under a Closed Registration model
- Workshops are granted accounts after signing a contract with Rabis Team
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials
- Each account should only be used by one user
4. User Rights and Obligations
Users have the right to:
- Use all features according to their subscription plan
- Export their data at any time
- Request technical support
Users are obligated to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not share accounts with others
- Backup important data themselves
5. Service Plans and Payment
- Rabis1 offers the following plans: Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise
- Storage quota depends on subscription plan
- When subscription expires, Free quota (500MB) applies
- Media exceeding quota will be deleted after 30-day grace period
6. Limitation of Liability
Rabis1 is not responsible for:
- Data loss due to workshop not exporting/backing up before subscription expires
- Media automatically deleted after grace period due to non-renewal
- Google Drive/OneDrive backup failures due to user not maintaining connection or quota
- Indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service
- Content created or uploaded by users
7. Service Termination
- Users can stop using the service at any time
- Rabis1 reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate terms
- Data will be retained according to storage policy after termination
8. Changes to Terms
Rabis1 reserves the right to update these terms of service. Users will be notified of important changes via email or in-app notifications.
